My SURYA I presented at NEXUS-2009. I used zener diode solar engine circuit.Machine Parts:Zener Diode Solar engine circuit with 4700uF capacitor.5V/150mA Solar Panel (6.5cm x 7.5cm).Plastic wheels from a toy car (Diameter = 2.5cm).Small DC motor from Walkman (2V/120mA).Body made by wire.
